Bosons

Bosons are force-carrier particles. Unlike Fermions, Bosons follow Bose-Einstein statistics, meaning they can occupy the same quantum state simultaneously. These particles are responsible for 'gluing' matter together and enabling interactions between particles. (Light, electromagnetism) Bosons have integer spin. Bosons are named after the Indian physicist Satyendra Nath Bose.
